With Other Users: Your profile information, photos, and certain activity may be visible to other users as part of the matching and discovery features.

Third-Party Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party companies to help us operate and improve the Service. These include cloud hosting providers, analytics services (e.g., Firebase/Google), crash reporting tools (e.g., Crashlytics), payment processors (e.g., Stripe), and email delivery services. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Real Singles, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers: If Real Singles is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, safety, or fraud-prevention purposes.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. To submit a data deletion request, you may:

• Use the “Delete Account” feature within the Real Singles app settings; or

Upon verification of your identity, we will process your request and delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations. We will confirm completion of your request via email.

Real Singles is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. We provide in-app tools for you to report inappropriate content, abusive behavior, or violations of our Community Guidelines. When you submit a report, we review the reported content and may take action including content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans. We may share relevant information with law enforcement where required by law or where there is an imminent risk of harm. Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including: the right to access a copy of your data; the right to correct inaccurate data; the right to request deletion of your data (see Section 5); the right to data portability; the right to opt out of marketing communications at any time; and the right to disable location access through your device settings. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Real Singles is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will promptly delete that information and terminate the associated account. If you believe a minor has created an account, please report it immediately to amar@happiagent.ai.

We operate primarily in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
